Order and Contract Specialist (German Language)

Who We Are Looking For
  • Contract management in SAP.
  • Creating customer contracts and add-ons in ByD, e.g., customer books basic package (not licenses)
  • Invoice schedules, when invoices are sent to customers
  • Invoicing (SAP invoices) to customers
  • Orders for SAP invoices + booking against these orders
  • Customers purchase basic packages with a number, user, start and end date
  • Intercompany billing, these are the hours colleagues work, classic project billing
  • Contact with customers, partners, and customers, it's about contracts
  • Support for month-end closing reports 
  • Close collaboration with Finance on customer invoices.
What You Bring
  • Around 3 years of experience working in Order and Contract management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Good at multi-tasking
  • Attention to details and technicalities in tracking, tracing and follow ups as required by project teams.
  • Good command of German language is a must (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
