What We Offer
- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow testing experience
- Detailed knowledge of Service-Now powered applications such as ITSM, CSM, FSM and also well versed with Automated Test Framework (ServiceNow ATF)
- Conducting different types of testing across various ServiceNow Upgrades. Additional exposure to Automation Tools like Selenium / Playwright for Regression Testing
- Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle including Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, Defect Reporting and Tracking
- Understanding and Analyzing Test Requirements, preparation of Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test scenarios, Test Cases, Reviewing the Test Cases and Test Case execution
- Ability to understand several testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect – including tracking and addressing of any discovered issues.
- Certified in System Administration is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
